• No return only size and color can be exchanged subject to availability

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
  • Exchange and refund are not offered for international orders.
  • Wash, used or damaged Product will not be exchanged.
  • Product purchased on sale can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the availability.
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.

    There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
    • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
    • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

      Exchange Policy: 

      If size is not correct:

      • It will be exchanged as replacement and we will charge 500 as delivery charges
      • Shoes should be in their new original condition along with their packaging and should not be used at all.
      • For safer side, try them on carpet once you receive them.

        1) First, you have to send our parcel back

        2) If size is not available in that particular article (replaced one) then it will be replaced with another article

        3) Duration of Replacement is 2 days and No Replacement would be claimed after that.

        4) In case of size replacement, you don’t need to send us box as in return, we will send your required size only

        5) If size is not available in your desired article, then you have to pay balance amount of that desired article.

         

        <Things to Keep in mind>

        1) Don’t send us Raw box with tapes around it, in that case we will not accept that parcel and return it back

        2) Make sure you send us box in proper shopping bag, so Packing tapes of courier come on shopping bag (not on box). It will not only save our box but also easy for us to resale them

        3) Don’t deposit your box directly to courier box otherwise they will tape around box directly which will ultimately damage box.

        In order to avoid that situation, wrap it in shopping bag, so Packing tapes of courier come on shopping bag (not on box). It will not only save our box but also easy for us to resale them.

        4) If box is damaged and shoes are used,

        We will deduct 60% of your paid amount as penalty as shoes are useless for us.
